Commitment to Community at Suffolk Downs This summer, as part of its “Commitment to Community” program, Suffolk Downs is celebrating individuals and organizations that make a positive difference in their communities with a series of Saturdays dedicated entirely to eight surrounding cities and towns. Residents of each community will be recognized in the “Community Winner’s Circle” and participate in other raceday activities. Visit the outdoor tent, picnic area and playground for fun family entertainment. Enjoy pony rides, carnival games, prize raffles, face painters, balloon artists and more. Have your picture taken with a racehorse and jockey at our Fan Photo Experience. Festivities will benefit charitable organizations from each of the cities and towns.
